Research Data Management
Research data are the building blocks of knowledge and understanding of the world around us. Increasingly, governments are focussing on the management of research data as an essential component in research endeavour. As well, granting institutions such as SSHRC, CIHR and NSERC are beginning to require researchers to have a Data Management Plan in place as part of their grant application. This page is aimed at those involved in the research enterprise at all stages: researchers; data specialists; archivists/curators; and those with an interest in the preservation of our research data heritage.
