Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Data is available to students, faculty and staff of Carleton University. Users will need to sign a current Data Use License Agreement at the Maps, Data, and Government Information Centre.

GIS Data includes vector mapping files such as roads, rivers, buildings, boundaries and/or points of interest. We also have Aerial & Satellite images and Digital Elevation Models. A few examples of geospatial formats are Google Earth KML, Esri Shapefile, AutoCAD, Jpeg, Tiff and MrSID.
