This guide provides access to selected resources for the study of International Law.
International law is the set of rules generally regarded and accepted as binding in relations between states and nations. It applies to countries, not necessarily to individuals. It also helps define how international organizations, such as the United Nations, operate, as well as how treaties are applied and enforced.
If you are interested in the law of foreign countries (for example, American law), please see the "Laws & Legislation" tab of the Law subject guide.
