The Student Edition of ArcGIS software is available to Carleton University students. Send an email to Carys Carrington, our ESRI license administrator, requesting a copy of the software.
Student Edition of the software may only be used for educational, research, and academic purposes by Carleton University students, and not for commercial use or resale. The term of use is for one year (365 days), which starts upon registration of the Student Edition software. One copy of the software is allowed per student and can only be installed on one computer.
Follow the instructions inside the DVD case on how to licence your copy of ArcGIS student edition. Ensure that you licence your copy as a Single Use, using the ArcInfo level of functionality.
