Use this form to request videos from other Ontario universities listed in the Watmedia database.
Requests should be made at least two weeks in advance of the show date.
You will receive an email when your video is available. Pick up videos at the Circulation Desk and note the due date; videos have a short loan period, often no more than 1-2 days. Return videos to the DVD/VHS drop box by the Circulation Desk the day after the show date.
